The RPOS Senior Services programs provides Norfolk residents, age 55 and better, with quality educational, physical, social, and cultural activities and programs. These programs strive to enhance lives through skill-building, self renewal, and fun! 

Fee-Based Senior Courses
Norfolk RPOS offers fee-based courses specifically designed for seniors, age 55 and better. View the current course listing in the Good Times magazine.
