The Special Enforcement Division, comprised of the Animal Protection Unit, Harbor Patrol Unit, K-9 Unit, Traffic Unit, and Crowd Management Team, is a multifaceted team dedicated to safeguarding the community through specialized operations and targeted enforcement.
