SPAC members provide direction for the transformation.

The St. Paul’s Transformation Project is guided by the St. Paul’s Advisory Committee (SPAC), which is made up of 22 Norfolk residents selected to represent a full range of community voices and stakeholders. The Advisory Committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month; the meeting is open to the public
