[ARCHIVED] Man in critical but stable condition after shooting on Goff Street

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A 23-year-old man is in critical condition after he was found shot Sunday evening in Norfolk.

Emergency crews were called to a gunshot disturbance in the 800 block of Goff Street around 6 p.m.

When police arrived on scene, they located a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, and is currently listed as critical but stable.

Detectives have not released a motive, circumstance, or suspect description surrounding this incident; however, they ask anyone with information to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
