[ARCHIVED] Man charged following several vandalisms on 21st Street in Ghent

Randy Tyner Arrest PhotoNORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A 55-year-old man has been charged following several vandalisms that occurred in the Ghent section of Norfolk.

As a result of the investigation, Randy Tyner of Norfolk was charged with 3 counts of felony vandalism and 8 counts of misdemeanor vandalism. Tyner is being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.

On December 30, 2019, a man used an object to break out the windows of 10 businesses and 1 vehicle in the area of 21st Street. Surveillance footage captured the man as he attempted to break out the glass of a business.Randy Tyner Surveillance Photo
