[ARCHIVED] Norfolk CSB 2020 Holiday Food and Gift Drive

Norfolk Community Services Board’s 2020 food and gift drive will help our consumers with much needed items to help them in a most difficult year. We are increasing our efforts this year as there will be much demand at other food and gift drives.

 

We are asking for your help in collecting items now through Friday December 11th. 

  • Holiday Food Baskets: Needed items in the chart below
  • Gifts for children in CSB programs and children of parents in CSB programs: generic gifts or if you want to shop for a specific child, email emily.chebetar@norfolk.govfor Angel Tree information.

Drop-off contact-free or order online for delivery!

Order Online with delivery to us if delivery will be on or before December 11th:

  • Food items: Forward jacklyn.griffin@norfolk.govthe order email so she will know it is coming!
  • Gifts: Forward Emily.chebetar@norfolk.govthe order email &the Angel Tree ID# if applicable.

Contact-Free Drop by Dec 11th:

  • Drop items offatthe front door entryway (side with the white tent)8am -5pm M-F; 8am-2pm Sat-Sun.
  • For everyone’s safety, please donate only new items. Please do not wrap gifts. Include a note on the bag with your name and email address so we can thank you!

  • If you would like to shop for a child on the Angel Tree, please email emily.chebetar@norfolk.govfor a shopping list and Angel Tree ID# to include with your items.

 

Food Donations Needed:

Non-Perishable items can come anytime until Dec 11th! Stable perishables please deliver Dec 7-11th. Fresh items (poultry especially), please wait and deliver on the 11th. Our freezers are already full of turkeys, so please do not donate anything that needs to be frozen.
