[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police identify man killed following weekend crash on E. Virginia Beach Boulevard

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A 24-year-old man has died following a single vehicle crash on E. Virginia Beach Boulevard.

On December 10, 2022, around 2:15 a.m., police responded to the 1500 block of E. Virginia Beach Boulevard for the report of a crash. When officers arrived, they found two men suffering from serious injuries.  

Zachary M. Soussa, 24, of Pennsylvania, was pronounced deceased at the scene as a result of his life-threatening injuries.

A 22-year-old man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries; however, he is expected to recover.

This accident is still being investigated by the Norfolk Police Department’s Traffic Unit.
