NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are asking for help to locate 14-year-old Ti’Asiah Watson, who was last seen in the 1400 Goff Street on September 13, 2023.
Watson is approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white shirt, black skirt with multi-colored flowers, and white shoes with orange markings.
Watson suffers from a cognitive disability and may be in need of medical assistance.
