This month's required HR Training is about anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation. All employees must complete it by Oct. 31.
You will:
- Watch one 12-minute video entitled Protected Classes: Introduction to Discrimination.
- Review the Anti-Discrimination Policy (8.9) and the Anti-Retaliation Policy (8.11).
- Upon completion of each policy click the "Accept" checkbox, then click "Submit". Clicking "Accept" and "Submit" signifies you understand and agree to comply with both policies.
All employees are auto-enrolled in the training and received emails with links to access and complete it via KnowBe4.
