The 2024 new year leave entitlements, including Wellness Days, Diversity Day and Birthday Leave are currently active and available, but will not reflect in your leave entitlement balances until the beginning of the Jan. 13, 2024, pay period.
Employees may review their new 2024 leave entitlements by utilizing PeopleSoft Self-Service leave forecasting feature.
Please follow the below navigation and steps to forecast leave entitlements into calendar year 2024:
- Employee Self-Service
- Select the “Time” Tab
- Select the “Absence Balances” Tab
- Select “Forecast Balance”
- Enter “As of Date” 1/26/2024
- Select “Filter by Type” and select the leave type you would like to forecast
- Select “Absence Reason”
- Select “Forecast Balance”
- When you select “Forecast Balance” the “Forecast Details” window will appear and reflect forecasted leave entitlement
