NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police need help locating 7-month-old Delysia Jones who was taken from the 800 block of Washington Avenue on February 11th, around 7:30 a.m.
Jones is believed to have been abducted by Delsean Mickle, who is known to the infant.
Police are asking anyone who sees Delysia Jones or Delsean Mickle to call 911 immediately.
Mickle is 35-years-old with brown hair, brown eyes, and is approximately 5’8,’’ 160 pounds. He may be wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans.
