Employees nominated and elected from departments across the city serve on the ERC. Elected committee members meet regularly with the City Manager to share employee concerns and information.
Employees elect representatives every three years from eligible regular, permanent full-time employees in a non-supervisory status in their department or unit.
Due to the recent changes to City Code we are doing an off cycle election to increase the members of the ERC. All former members are not guaranteed their position and will need to be re nominated and reelected to their position. In addition there will be more members, one from each department group.

· You can only nominate individuals within your assigned ERC Unit (sub-group)
· Once you select ‘Submit’ your nomination is complete
Eligibility Criteria:
To vote and/or be nominated and elected to serve on the Employee Relations Committee, you must be:
· In a non-supervisory status
· In a non-probationary status
· In good standing
· Active, regular, permanent full-time
