NORFOLK, Va. – The City of Norfolk has received the 2024 Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® (AEP) Award from the National Procurement Institute (NPI) for the fifth consecutive year. This recognition places Norfolk among 198 agencies across the United States and Canada and one of only 72 U.S. cities to earn this honor. Notably, Norfolk is one of five cities in Virginia to achieve this distinction.
