Parking Customer Service Center: Temporary Relocation for Renovations
The City of Norfolk’s Division of Parking’s Customer Service Center (222 E. Main St.) is undergoing renovations to enhance our facilities and improve the customer service experience.
In order for staff to prepare, the Customer Service Center will close at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024.
On Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, the Customer Service Center will reopen in its temporary location at 230 E. Main St. Suite 230. The temporary Customer Service Center will be open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Renovations are expected to be complete in early 2025.
