Onelife offers Basic and Premier membership options. The Premier membership gives access to the recovery studio and tanning amenities! Otherwise, both options give access to Group Fitness classes, two complimentary fitness consultations and all Hampton Roads locations (with the exception of the 24 hours Tech Center location).
