Share your voice through the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey Make sure you take the 15 minutes (or less!) to provide your input. 

This feedback is important in helping us shape the future of our City and workplace, especially in making improvements that directly benefit you! From workplace culture to recognition, education and self-serve resources, we’re using your voices to drive meaningful change.

Your input has already helped the City: 

  1. Provide pay increases

  2. Avoid premium hikes on health insurance 

  3. Offer more robust benefit options

We’re also launching new employee engagement initiatives and bringing back important recognition opportunities, including the Annual Employee Service Awards. But there’s still more work to do and we need your input.

Together, we’ll continue to grow and improve Norfolk as a place where everyone can thrive.

 All responses are confidential. CPS-HR will not share individual employee data with City leadership.
