What’s Next?
The Human Resources Compensation Team will continue meeting with departments to share details about the new pay plans and explain how employees will be initially placed into them.
Here’s what to expect in the coming months:
- July 1: There will be a general wage increase of 2.5% for all employees (public safety is done through provision of a step on the current pay plan 5)
- October 2025: Public Safety Plans will be implemented
- January 2026: Civilian Plans will be implemented
