For those responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings, this course provides skills and tools needed to maximize the effectiveness of meetings. Participants will explore the reasons for and benefits of meetings, how to avoid wasting time, the benefits of planning ahead and how to approach decision making. At the completion of this course, participants will have a renewed outlook toward meetings.
