NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are asking for help from the public to locate 27-year-old Kwanesha Winfield, who was last seen on July 16th in the 1300 block of Norcova Drive.
Winfield is approximately 5’7”, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
It is unknown what she may be wearing; however, she is known to have multiple piercings on her face.
It is believed Winfield suffers from a behavioral disorder and may be in need of medication.
