The International Coastal Cleanup is an event that occurs every September and October, thousands of cleanups take place around the world. But, these aren’t your average cleanups! Volunteers will use tracking sheets to record the types and amount of litter found to help understand the root causes of litter. Bring your friends, family, coworkers, faith groups or just yourself and join in one of Keep Norfolk Beautiful's organized cleanup events or plan your own!

Day of Caring
- Join us in our 2025 Day of Caring event where we will beautify park shelters, prepare our litter mermaid Lola for a new look and cleanup litter around the park.

- Time: 9 A.M. - 12 P.M.
September 1 - November 1
- Gather your family, friends, colleagues, sports team, church group, scout troop or social club! Get together to clean your street, park, neighborhood or beach.
- All Supplies and training is provided!
