The Parking Citation System is currently experiencing a service outage that is affecting several key functions, including:
- Toll-free customer service number
- Online and in-person citation payments
- Online and in-person parking adjudications
Our vendor is actively conducting system diagnostics to identify and resolve the issue. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for restoration.
The Parking Division will notify all users as soon as the system is back online. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full service.
