NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify a person who tried to rob a business.
On September 24th around 6:00 p.m. Officers were called to the Family Dollar, at 2010 Cromwell Drive, for the report of an attempted commercial robbery. It was reported to police that a man had entered the location with a weapon and demanded items before leaving the business.
During their investigation, Detectives obtained surveillance footage that showed the person in the business prior to the incident.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
