[ARCHIVED] Norfolk police arrest wanted homicide suspect

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police have arrested a man who was wanted in connection with a domestic-related stabbing. 

Around 7:55 a.m., on October 27th, dispatchers received a call for a domestic at a home in the 400 block of E Brambleton Avenue. When police arrived on scene, they found a woman, identified as Shakira S. Clark, 23, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening injuries. 

Clark was pronounced deceased at the scene.

As a result of this investigation, Detectives have charged Keandre Debrough, 25, with second-degree murder. 

Debrough was taken into custody in the City of Portsmouth on October 28th by Norfolk Police. 

He is also facing additional charges unrelated to this incident. MissingRunaway (5)
