On September 6, 2014 around 2:30 p.m., a call was received in the Emergency Communications Center for a stabbing victim in the 100 Block of First View Street. Norfolk Police and Fire Rescue responded and discovered an adult male victim suffering from a non-life threatening stab wound. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment. The victim stated he was stabbed by an unknown black male. No further description was given to police. Norfolk Police Detectives are actively investigating this incident.
