On September 16, 2014 shortly after 4:10 p.m., Norfolk Emergency Communications Center received a call regarding a possible gunshot victim in the 800 block of E. Princess Anne Road. Norfolk Police and Fire Rescue responded to the scene and discovered an adult male suffering from an injury consistent with a gunshot wound. Fire Rescue transported the victim to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he is currently listed in serious, but stable condition. The Detective Division is currently handling the investigation.
