Update - 10/9/2014. Jesus Rocharomo returned home last night, unharmed.
NPD is requesting assistance in locating 20-year-old Jesus H. Rocharomo. He was reported missing on October 5, 2014 around 4:00 pm from the 1300 block of Johnstons Road. At this time, there seems to be no foul play regarding his disappearance; however, police are asking if anyone knows the whereabouts of Mr. Rocharomo to contact Norfolk Police Detectives at 757-664-7026, or NCIS Supervisory Special Agent Bruzzi at 757-449-8128.
