Police have arrested a 32-year-old man after he was caught breaking into a business early this morning. Police were called to East Coast Bicycles located at 1910 Colley Ave, shortly after 4:00 am, after receiving reports of someone breaking into the business. Wesley T. Ward of the 2500 block of Meadows Landing of Chesapeake was taken into custody. He has been charged with Attempted Burglary, Possession of Burglarious Tools, and Wearing a Mask in Public.
