[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Man Arrested for Commercial Burglaries

Norfolk Police have arrested a man wanted for several commercial burglaries where entry was gained through the roof of the locations. 41-year-old Oscar Gipson of the 500 block of W. 29th Street in Norfolk was arrested on November 7, 2014 and charged with 6 counts of Burglary, 4 counts of Grand Larceny, and 2 counts of Possession of Burglarious Tools. These charges are in relation to 6 different commercial burglaries at the following locations:

(1) Pelon’s Baja Grill- 10/31/14
(2) Hot House Yoga- 10/31/14
(3) China Ocean- 10/31/14
(4) Taste of Europe- 10/31/14
(5) La Bella in Ghent Restaurant- 10/31/14
(6) Tobacco Inn- 11/7/14

Gipson is currently being held without bond at the Norfolk City Jail.
