[ARCHIVED] Shots Fired During an Execution of a Search Warrant

This morning shortly before 10, Vice and Narcotics Detectives and Special Operations Team Officers executed a narcotic search warrant in the 3700 block of East Princess Anne Road.

Once officers entered the home two dogs charged at them, forcing officers to shoot. Both dogs died, and a third dog was recovered from the home, unharmed.

Two men were detained and transported to the Police Operations Center for questioning. Both men are facing charges. Two other people were in the home, but were released.

Firearms and Narcotics were recovered from the home.

After both men have been officially charged and booked, the identity and charges will be released.
