[ARCHIVED] Pizza Delivery Driver Gets Assaulted, Robbed, and His Car Stolen

On June 14, 2015, shortly after 10:00 pm, police received a call for an individual robbery of a 33-year-old Chanello’s Pizza Delivery Driver that just occurred in the 1300 block of Reservoir Avenue.

Preliminary investigation reveals that the delivery driver was attempting to deliver a pizza, when two men approached, and assaulted him. The men took personal property and the keys to his 2011 Gray Jeep Cherokee.

The man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with what appears to be, at this time, non-life threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as young black men ranging from 15-18 years-old. One of the suspects was wearing a white tank top and black shorts.
