Norfolk Police have confirmed 33-year-old Jarrod Lamb of Norfolk was shot and killed early Sunday morning after a shooting in the 400 block of Chapel Street.
On July 26, 2015, Norfolk dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call at 3:54 a.m. for multiple shots being fired in the area. Officers arrived on scene and found a male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Medics responded and transported the man to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
