Update Release:
9-year-old Kevante Artist was found safe this afternoon at the Cuffee Community Center in the 2000 block of Windy Road in Chesapeake.

Norfolk Police need your help in locating a 9-year-old runaway from Norfolk.
Kevante Artist was last seen on October 17, 2015 in the evening at his home in the 2700 block of Stanhope Avenue.
He is 4’2”, and weighs 90 pounds. What he was wearing when he left his home is not known at this time.
Police continue to look for Kevante and ask anyone with information regarding his location, or who may have seen him in the last two days, to please call the Norfolk Crime line at either:
