[ARCHIVED] Man seriously injured in Norfolk shooting

Norfolk, Va. – Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 900 block of West 31st Street late Saturday afternoon.

Shortly after 3:45 this afternoon police received reports of a man who had been shot at the corner of W. 31st Street and Morton Avenue.

A 45-year-old man was found outside suffering from a gunshot wound, and was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries.
