[ARCHIVED] 7-Eleven robbed during early-morning incident

Norfolk, Va. – Detectives continue to investigate an armed commercial robbery that occurred early Monday morning.

Police responded to the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 2327 Sewell’s Point Road shortly before 5:00 a.m. this morning. The preliminary investigation has revealed that two masked suspects entered the store, brandished a firearm and demanded various items. Once the suspects obtained the items, they fled from the area on foot.

Both suspects have been described as black males wearing all dark clothing and armed with a handgun. One suspect was seen wearing red gloves, and the second suspect was wearing black gloves.
