[ARCHIVED] 1 man robs 3 stores in 1 night

NORFOLK, Va – Detectives in Norfolk are investigating three commercial 7-11 robberies committed by one man, in one night.

The first robbery occurred at midnight at the 7-11 located at 1088 W.26th Street. Forty-five minutes later, the second 7-11 located at 100 W. 21st Street was robbed by the same man. The robber then hit the 7-11 located at 151 W. Little Creek Road at 1:10 am.

In all three robberies, the masked man entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the store employees.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of money at each 7-11, the man fled prior to police arrival.

No one was injured during the robberies.

The suspect is described as a black man, around six-feet tall, weighing 150-160 pounds. He wore a black hooded sweat shirt, black pants, black shoes, and had his face coved with a black and white bandana.
