[ARCHIVED] Robin Hood Road homicide victim identified

NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk police continue to investigate last evening's shooting that left one woman dead and investigators searching for leads.

On December 21, 2015, Norfolk police responded to a call for shots fired shortly after 8:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Robin Hood Road. Arriving officers discovered a woman lying in the roadway near the intersection of Robin Hood Road and Tillman Road. The woman, who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have identified the victim as 25-year-old Jamesha Roberts of Norfolk.
