NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk police detectives are now working a homicide investigation in Ocean View.
Norfolk dispatchers were contacted shortly after 5:45 p.m. for a possible gunshot victim in the 1200 block of W. Ocean View Avenue. Arriving police discovered a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a residence.
Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
