[ARCHIVED] Police ask for public’s help in locating missing woman with dementia

NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk police, along with the Owens’ family need your help in finding 81-year-old Delcina Owens, who has been missing since Friday evening.

Delcina Owens has not been seen since 10:00 p.m. on New Years Day at her home in the 5500 block of Poplar Hall Drive. She was last seen wearing a pink pajama top, black and pink pants and tan boots. She is about 4 feet 6 inches tall, weighs around 105 pounds, and wears an identification bracelet.

Ms. Owens has Alzheimers’s Disease and walks with a cane.
