NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk police needs the public’s help in locating the man who has been charged with robbing and shooting a 7-Eleven store employee Wednesday morning.
Detectives say that 38-year-old Kevin D. Bristow armed with a handgun entered the 7-Eleven at 8489 Chesapeake Blvd shortly after 2 a.m. Wednesday and demanded money from two employees.
During the robbery, Bristow shot one of the clerks.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, he fled prior to police arrival.

Bristow should be considered armed and dangerous.
The 23-year-old clerk was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with a non-life threatening injury. He is expected to recover.
There were no other injuries reported.
At this time, detectives have not determined if this robbery is related to the three 7-Eleven robberies that occurred late Wednesday night.
