NORFOLK, Va. – An undetermined death investigation is underway after police found a man inside his Ocean View home dead.
Police responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue at 12:39 this afternoon for a report of a 28-year-old man found shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
