Norfolk, VA – Four people are facing drug charges after police found materials consistent with manufacturing methamphetamines while serving a search warrant Thursday night.
Shortly before 9 p.m. Vice and Narcotics Detectives found meth materials inside a home in the 1300 block of Templar Blvd while serving a Maintaining a Nuisance Drug House warrant.
Norfolk Fire Marshal’s Office, VA State Police, and the D.E.A. all responded to the home to assist Norfolk Police in the investigation.
Detectives have charged, 49-year-old Richard Billups, 30-year-old Justin Long , 28-year-old Kyle Harris and 23-year-old Ashley Billups.
All four residents are facing one count each of manufacturing methamphetamines, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamines, possession of 2 or more precursors-methamphetamines and maintaining a nuisance drug house.
Once the booking process has been completed, all booking photos can be found on the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office website under Inmate Information.
There were no injuries reported, and no further information is available for release.
