[ARCHIVED] Robbery caught on video, police looking for suspect information

NORFOLK, Va. – A robbery caught on video has police seeking the public’s help in tracking down this armed felon.

Shortly before 4 p.m. on January 28th police responded to an individual robbery in the 3700 block of Granby Street.

A 54-year-old woman told detectives that while she was unloading her vehicle, an armed unknown man ran up to, and forcibly grabbed her purse from her hand.

The woman was not injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black man, around 6-feet tall in his early twenties. He was last seen fleeing the area in an early 2000’s Acura MDX.
