[ARCHIVED] Man seriously injured in shooting on City Hall Avenue

Norfolk, Va. – A man seriously injured in a shooting Tuesday night is fighting for his life at the hospital.

Shortly after 10:30 p.m. police were called to a residence in the 1100 block of East City Hall Avenue for a man who is in his early thirties, suffering from a gunshot wound.

When police arrived, they found the man inside a residence with a serious gunshot injury. Paramedics rushed him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where his injuries are considered life threatening.
