[ARCHIVED] Police need help identifying a man using a stolen credit card

NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk detectives are hoping someone can help them identify the man captured in a mall surveillance photo.

According to Detectives, a credit card was reported stolen from the Walgreen’s on 21st Street. On Monday, March 7, 2016 the man pictured in the photo, used the stolen credit card at the Rite-Aid on 21st Street and in MacArthur Center.

He appears to a black man in his twenties, clean shaven with short hair.
