NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk police need your help locating a man who has been missing since Friday, April 1, 2016.
James David Dail, who suffers from dementia, was last seen walking eastbound from his home in the 900 block of West 27th Street around 12:00 in the afternoon on Friday.
He is described as a 49-year-old white man approximately 6-feet tall, weighing around 180 pounds, with medium length brown hair and a goatee (Shown without goatee in the above picture). He was last seen wearing a blue tee-shirt and blue jeans.
Police are actively looking for Dail, and ask anyone with information on his location, or who may have seen him, to please call the Norfolk Crime Line at either:
