[ARCHIVED] Surveillance photo catches car thief in the act

NORFOLK, Va. – Police in Norfolk are searching for a man who was caught on surveillance video breaking into a car dealership and stealing a Cadillac.

On March 25, 2016 around 5 a.m., a man broke into the Carafello’s Auto Sales at 6328 East Virginia Beach Boulevard, and took keys to a vehicle on the lot. Detectives later identified the man Daniel M. Rush, 31, of Chesapeake, stole a 2011 black Cadillac CTS.

The vehicle was found later that day in Suffolk, Virginia.

Rush is wanted for commercial burglary and grand larceny.
