[ARCHIVED] Armed masked man robs a local 7-Eleven

NORFOLK, Va. – Around 2:45 a.m. on March 5, 2016, police were called to the 7-Eleven located at 3644 Sewell’s Point Road for a robbery that had just occurred.

According to detectives, the masked man entered the business, armed with a gun, demanding money and cigarettes from the employee.

The employee complied and the man fled the location on foot.

The robber is described as a black man, wearing a black ski mask, black shirt, grey sweat pants and gray wool gloves.
There were no injuries reported.
