[ARCHIVED] Double murder suspects identified, remain fugitives

NORFOLK, Va. – Police have released photos of two men wanted for the double homicide that occurred on April 18, 2016 in the 5400 block of Ashby Street.

Quedell “Que” Higgs, a 21-year-old Chesapeake man, and Kamron “Kam” Sellers, a 20-year-old Norfolk resident, have been positively identified through the course of the investigation. Both men have been charged with the following:

-Second Degree Murder (2 counts)
-Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony (2 counts)

Quedell Higgs’ last known address is in the 1300 block of Keaton Way in Chesapeake. He is 6’1” in height, weighing 175 pounds, and has a medium-colored skin complexion. He has black hair that is cut short, brown eyes, and an unshaven appearance. Higgs is known to frequent the Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Richmond areas.

Kamron Sellers’ last known address is in the 5500 block of Brickell Road in Norfolk. He is 5’9” in height, weighing 160 pounds, and has a medium-colored skin complexion. He has black hair, last styled in short dreadlocks, brown eyes, and an unshaven appearance. Sellers is known to frequent Chesapeake, Suffolk, and the Poplar Halls section of Norfolk.

Both men may be traveling together and should be considered armed and dangerous.
