NORFOLK, Va. - One man wanted in connection to the shooting death of two people on April 18, 2016 has been arrested. Police continue their search for the second fugitive.
Kamron Sellers, wanted for 2nd Degree Murder (2 counts) and UFA (2 counts), was located in Charleston, South Carolina this morning. He was taken into police custody and is currently being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center in Charleston County, pending extradition to Virginia.
Police continue to search for Sellers' co-defendant, Quedell "Que" Higgs. Higgs is considered armed and dangerous.
Higgs’ last known address is in the 1300 block of Keaton Way in Chesapeake. He is 6’1” in height, weighing 175 pounds, and has a medium-colored skin complexion. He has black hair that is cut short, brown eyes, and an unshaven appearance. Higgs is known to frequent the Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Richmond areas.

NORFOLK, Va. – Police have released photos of two men wanted for the double homicide that occurred on April 18, 2016 in the 5400 block of Ashby Street.
Quedell “Que” Higgs, a 21-year-old Chesapeake man, and Kamron “Kam” Sellers, a 20-year-old Norfolk resident, have been positively identified through the course of the investigation. Both men have been charged with the following:
-Second Degree Murder (2 counts)
-Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony (2 counts)

Kamron Sellers’ last known address is in the 5500 block of Brickell Road in Norfolk. He is 5’9” in height, weighing 160 pounds, and has a medium-colored skin complexion. He has black hair, last styled in short dreadlocks, brown eyes, and an unshaven appearance. Sellers is known to frequent Chesapeake, Suffolk, and the Poplar Halls section of Norfolk.
Both men may be traveling together and should be considered armed and dangerous.
