NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk detectives are hoping someone can help them identify the man who assaulted a HRT driver.
On April 11, 2016, a HRT driver was on his route in the 3700 block of Hampton Boulevard when the man captured on surveillance cameras assaulted him. The driver sustained non-life threatening injuries.
